Alex Penning is an encouraging, professional trainer with a wealth of qualifications and experience in getting people to achieve their health and fitness goals in Gloucester, Gloucestershire.

When Alex was younger he enjoyed rock climbing and martial arts before joining the military. Whilst serving he discovered weightlifting and general fitness, very soon he realised the benefit for the human body.

This passion led to Alex needing to know more. With Discovery Learning’s help Alex gained his professional qualifications as a personal trainer.
